Gifts for bridal shower host and MOH/bridesmaids throwing my shower??

Hey ladies!

My bridal shower is tomorrow!!! It's a girlfriends shower...so excited! It's being thrown by my girlfriends (my bridesmaids and MOH). My MOH's mom/family friend is hosting at her spacious house with beautiful backyard garden area for an outdoor shower tomorrow afternoon. The rest of it is being taken care of by my 4 bridesmaids (food, games, etc). 

It occurred to me today that perhaps I should bring a gift for the host and for my bridesmaids and MOH.  I would like to, and probably will anyhow, but just curious, for the record -- Is it customary to do this?  If so, any suggestions on what type of host gift and bridesmaid gifts I could pick up before I head over?   Thoughts???

Ditto pp, all you really need to do is write them a personal thank you note or card showing your appreciation for everything they did to make your shower wonderful. I also included a few small gifts with mine. I got them shower gels, loofahs, and bath candles and told them I really enjoyed my shower, now I hope they can enjoy theirs. HTH!

I'm planning on getting a personalized stamp for my hostesses, I figure it's unusual and practical. You can find really cute ones on ETSY, that's where I saw them.
