My sister is getting married in one state. Half of our family lives on the West Coast. They are coming to the wedding, but most can't attend the shower. I want to throw her a shower for those family members when we visit for the holidays. However, bridal showers are not part of the custom where my mom's family is from. They hardly understand what a bridal shower is. I REALLY want to do this for my sister because she so wants them to be part of the events that lead to her big day. Does anyone have suggestions as to what I should do if I have a luncheon shower? The shower on the West coast will probably have around 20 people and they are very conservative. Do I have games? They will have no clue what its for! Help!! Thanks in advance
