    Mine is about my kids.  For the first time ever, I had a passing rate from all my classes on my first big test for my level one students.  While eleven failed (out of 55), most of them were in the high 60s and none below 50.

    I'm also getting excited because my dad is going ahead with an anniversary party for the both of them.

    2 more days than weekend!!! State Fair Saturday!!! I heard they got 2 new flavors of corny dogs....turkey and jalapeno cheddar.

    DH is pretty certain that he has won an all expense paid trip for two to Cancun in March from his company.  He is waiting for it to be officially announced.   I'm so excited that I can't contain myself!

    We hope to be closing on our house at the end of the month.

    Next Wednesday I am treating my husband to the America's Got Talent tour then we are going to the State Fair on Thursday.

    I have 8 days until I get married! That's pretty much the biggest AW I have right now.

    It's weird, like a switch has been flipped - we have so much going on in our family and I had been pretty down (and emotional -geez) about things but now it's all excitement all the time. As soon as you hit that 10 day mark it's like you know that no matter what you do or don't get done in the next week is not really going to matter to the guests, so you can FINALLY rest easy. :)

    Can I AW for a complete stranger?     The wedding photos on McGowan Images blog today are absolutely stunning.  I mean, like wow.  I wish I could have pulled that dress off.

    I'm with Leslie - 9 days to go, and I'm totally calm. Today is my Friday, and I leave for RI on Sunday. :)

    Tiffany - I agree. Those pictures got me even more excited for next weekend! Oh - and those shoes!

    OMGosh Yes it is so weird to me to love someone elses pictures sooo much but they are amazing I can only hope mine are half as good and I will be ecstatic. 

    My AW is that we have friends coming in frokm NE for the weekend so I am very excited about spending the weekend with them.  They will be the only friends from NE we see until the wedding.

    I have several today!

    First, I pick up my dress from Becky this weekend!  Then on Tuesday, I am doing my bridal pictures at SMU.

    Then on Oct 29/30, my old roommate from college, who I haven't seen in forever, is coming to visit!

    We've already had our final florist and DJ meetings and our final meeting with our coordinator is scheduled. This week I designed our programs and escort cards, and that's a relief. We also got our first wedding gift in the mail, so that's fun. AND, my bachelorette party is this weekend! I can't wait to let my hair down!

    And I hope you ladies are right about the calm after the ten day mark. Because right now I'm 23 days out and I still feel a little crazy! :)

    I finished a HUGE majority of our playlist for the wedding last night (playlist in BIO)!!

    But that only makes me stress that I still don't know my bridal entrance song or our first dance!!! EKK!

    Oh also I'm happy because my FI and I finished 91 out of like 230 teams for the Great Urban Race.  Not bad for our first time and not using the public transportation at all :-p

    You are right on schedule...lol. I would say that was the height of my crazed state. I felt like I wasn't getting anything done, I was super emotional and crazy and the wedding felt more like stress than an awesome milestone.

    I am going to also AW that a project I have been working on for 4 months officially completed today. This is such a weight off of me because it has been one issue after another. I was fearful that I would be Hawaii hunched over my blackberry frantically trying to fix the last minute problems with this one.

    I hope so, too.  I'm 16 days out and a complete mess!!  I'm sending in the final checks to our vendors this week.  We still need to build a playlist - yes I procrastinated this.  I would steal Chelsea's if I could. ;)  I need to order programs.  We do have a final head count.  Hooray.  So, not much AWing here.  Just a bit stressed out!

    Oh wait - MOH's wedding is on Saturday!  I can't wait to see her.  I hope my dress is ready.

    Anna have a blast!

    My AW isn't really an AW, but we finally booked a day for E-pics. I can't wait to get some of them done. I love my photographer I think she's so cute. We went to her house to sign the contract and one of her kids came out in just a diaper.. She was so cute!

    Other then that I'm done... but what's going on with the icons?? It's messing me up.

    The icons are back.. I forgot one of FI's GM is having a baby today!! Also, my sister and nephews are coming into town on Saturday to stay for a week! I can't wait.

    I'm not usually an AW kinda gal, but we have two biggins this morning!
    We signed the contract for our venue last night...which is the biggest check so far for us! Of course I had a mental breakdown on the way to work this morning second-guessing the decision, which I hope is normal. I have the questions of 'what if I find something better?' or 'what if something happens/changes and I'm out a HUGE chunk of money?'.
    AND we are now Great Uncle J and Great Aunt Courtski! Can't wait to meet the new little lady tomorrow in Arkansas.  :)

    I have a few AWs!

    WR: We have our final dance lesson tonight, finished our pre-marriage class last night, paid off all vendors except photog and we only have 9 days!

    NWR: We are going to midnight Yell Friday night at Cowboys Stadium, Ranger's game on Saturday and we found out last night that we are going to the Dallas Margarita Ball in November!  I'm actually looking forward to getting all dressed up again after the wedding!

    Okay, I do have a huge AW.  I got my dress back from alterations.  It looks so pretty.  I used Leighanna with Maybe Sew.  She did a fabulous job.  My train is really long (PIB), so originally we planned for eight bustles.  Well, when I got there and tried it on it was still a bit too long.  Leighanna plopped down on the ground and sewed in two more bustles while I was standing there.  Amazing service.  She also pressed it.  It just looks so beautiful.  Good bye dress remorse.  :)

    Addison Event Center :) They have new management, really great people. I took FI up there after work to look at it, and she told me that TWO other June 18th brides were in earlier in the day...so I snatched it up. We will be WAY below budget, which is awesome...I'm glad to hear that the momentary freak-out is normal :)

    My photog emailed me this morning and said our photo book for the rehearsal dinner is ready to print, and she ordered it today!  I'm so excited!  Our wedding is too big to do a photo book for the actual wedding, so we're doing one for R.Dinner, and there are spots to write advice and answer cute little questions about us - I am SO excited about it!!!
