Name this vase!

Hi everyone, 

Trying to pick out my centerpieces, I am having a black and white themed wedding and came across these centerpieces, but can't seem to find these vases for sale or even what kind they are to search for them. Any ideas would be great! (its the 1st picture in the link)

I think cylinder vase. I could be wrong. I was about to be a smarty pants, and say GLASS LOL

It's not a cylinder vase for sure. I think it's some kind of flared trumpet vase. My florist shared the site that he uses to purchase his supplies and i think they have a very similar one but i'm not sure what they're called. sorry.

The closest I have found that includes a name is the LaTour Trumpet vase......

Perhaps you could make some by pairing different glassware, candlesticks or vases together?  The glassware or candlestick would be placed upside down, and a vase glued onto the base of the glassware.
