    I wouldn't take it.  I know you've sunk all your money into his treatment, Amy, but I still wouldn't take it.  I'd rather sell my plasma/kidney first.  After my ILs told DH to get me to sign a pre-nup, I hated the fact that we took their money for an RD for a wedding they didn't really support.  Just my two cents.
