I'm having ones made out of the left over lace from my wedding dress. A friend is making mine... but I'd bet you could get someone on etsy to make it for you.

I ordered mine from stitchberry on etsy -- not only does she have pretty, hand-embroidered items, she was happy to add a little custom embroidery on my hankie (I got one for myself as well as the parents) for no additional charge!
