acknowledgement of sent gifts

My big bridal shower is next Sunday. How do I acknowledge gifts that guests have already sent to my home? Do I bring them with me for all to see? Help!!

Send a thank you note and let them know at the shower, if they are able to come, how much you love the gift they sent.
