I'm getting pretty fed up with Macy's Wedding Registry. I called Customer Service THREE times to fix the darn thing and still waiting. They've got great products and their Rewards program is pretty sweet but be careful if you already have an account set up with them and then register in store. Apparently, there is a problem with them linking your email address to multiple accounts. Now I can't access my registry online and they're taking forever to fix it. Anyone else having this problem? Or have I just gotten really unlucky with 3 customer service reps?
