So I bought one of these at a local kitchen store a few months ago and I am still amazed by how well it works! It's called a Garlic Twist. You basically peel the garlic cloves, throw them in the contraption, twist it about 10 times and you have perfectly minced garlic!! It also works great for ginger and nuts. I just had to share.
