(2) grandma
(3) aunt (x2)
(4) FILs

Do I get his grandparents anything even though they aren't contributing? I was just going to get presents for those contributing...

Still trying to think of ideas for everyone else.

For grandparents, I might suggest something relatively inexpensive but sentimental.  Like a framed picture of you and your grandparents at the wedding (after you get your photos back)
