My husband and I went to Bed Bath & Beyond yesterday to complete our registry. There were items that were purchased on our registry that we hadn't received, hadn't registered for, or both. With some detective work (and assistance from Paul at BBB) we found out some of the items we hadn't registered for were purchased at the same time as some items we had, accidentally added onto our list at the checkout. A couple were purchased in store and as the only item (not on our list) and some were impossible to discover what happened to. It almost seemed like people went in looking for us and liked the items on our registry so much (or forgot they were shopping on our registry) they decided to keep what they bought for themselves.
Did anyone else have the same issues as we did of having people buy off your registry but never actually have the items delivered to you?
