Do flowers in bouquet and hair have to match?

Hi,
I plan to have lilly of the valley for my bouquet. My stylist, suggested to have a few of cymbridium orchids in my hair updo. Do they have to match?

I think you can have what ever you would like. You won't be carrying your flowers with you at all times anyway. I love orchids, what color were you thinking?

for flowers in hair i'm thinking of white cymbidium orchids since the bouquet is also white

Lilies are really exotce-looking (I think), so orchids would be a gorgeous compliment

I like when its a similar color scheme but different flowers, adds some interest to he walk down the aisle.
