Hi, Knotties
Besides tanning, I can't figure out a way to minimize the red bumps on the back of my arms. (I'm incredibly pale.) Obviously, my dress doesn't have sleeves, so I'm not sure what to do :P
Any suggestions on how to get rid of these? I've tried a lotion at Sephora to no avail.
