Our ceremony and reception are in the same place, so when the ceremony is over, they quicky (5 min) set up and push out tables for the reception. My question is, where do I put the seating chart so that people know where to sit?
I was thinking by the entrance. We will have a long rectangular table with the guestbook, framed pictures, programs, etc.. So I was thinking to just buy a large floor easel or something, and put it at the end of the table, so as they sign the guestbook, and take a program, then they could see where they sit.
Or if it would be better to put it somewhere around the pathway from the ceremony to the bar/buffett?
