What time should a wedding start?

What is a traditional/common start time for an evening wedding? I want to do ceremony, pictures, reception for my evening wedding...just curious how others worked out the timing details.

Ww are having a chruch wedding on a Saturday in June with a simple reception afterward at a separate location about 25 minutes away. Would it be too earlier to start the wedding at 12:30 or 1:30 p.m.? We want plenty of time after the reception to drive to our honeymoon location (which will be a 10 hr drive).
