    Look for the Alfred Angelo's near you. The have separates where the top is halter style. You can have the skirts black & the tops pink if you wanted.

    I fully agree that hot pink flowers would truly pop against black dresses and be super cute, however I am also against black in June - it just doesn't seem very summery to me.

    The right fabric in the right texture can be very summery.  Don't go with velvet.  Opt for lighter fabrics in silks or chiffon.
