I have this problem. In my close group of girlfriends I have 2 really close friends (one of them I plan to ask to be my matron of honor) and 1 friend who I'm not as close to. She constantly comes up with excuses to cancel on us....without fail. It always ends up being the 3 of us going out to dinner, going to the movies, spending time together. She complains about money and then her husband will go spend several hundreds of dollars on a tv or hockey equipment.
the wedding party is small (4 on each side). One is a friend I've known since 6th grade and the other is my fiance's 18 year old nieces whom has become a like a little sister to me. Anyway.....how do I handle telling her that the other 2 girls are in the wedding party and not her?
