So I took everyone's advice and read through the wedding party boards. I'm new at this, much like most of the bride's on here. I'm not traditional when it comes to wedding/reception but I still like to keep some traditions. So my question is: If the BP are not expected to do anything but wear the dress I picked out and show up on my "special" day, should I still get them gifts? I was told by many females that have been married already, married few times that I get my BP gifts for a thank you for help. So If i'm not receiving help and planning the wedding on my own, am I entitled to get them gifts? What is that etiquette?
