What asian traditions are you having in your wedding?How many of you are bringing two cultures together? (e.g. marrying a caucasian or someone from another asian culture)Have you run into any family issues regarding tradition?and of course... what are you using for favors?

I am Chinese American and my F is American (polish) Him and his family are not religious.  I wanted to incorporate both cultures. I'm having tea ceremony in the AM, my colors will be red and champagne.the reception will be more "western" it's buffet style but it will be both Polish and Chinese food. You know how Asians like to eat at weddings, that is my fear...that my family will be wtf when the buffet is only open for 1 1/2 hours!!!
