Card Box?

Did any of you have a card box for your reception? I can not recall seeing a single card box from any of the chinese style receptions that I went to previously.

I may end up creating a small card box for my fiance's side of the family who are not chinese and maybe expecting a card box.

Yes. I've always seen some sort of a card box at Chinese weddings because so many Chinese guests give envelopes & cash.

Sorry for the late reply to this but yeah, I have seen card boxes at chinese weddings.  There will likely be "lai see" because a lot of chinese people like to give red envelopes rather than a present.

We had a card box.  So did my Chinese friend who married a little before I did.  It's a lot more convenient than carrying the envelopes myself or giving that duty to someone else.
