I used Google sites to create our wedding website [love it!] and you can create a mini-blog through an announcements widget. People can subscribe to your RSS feed and I'm using ours for updates on our wedding. Last night I created an FAQ post that I'll probably hold off on posting until the spring.

You look good in just about everything, but you knew that already. May we suggest a jacket and tie and cocktail dress? Well, not together, unless that’s the look you’re going for.
Do you really need me to send you that RSVP thingy?
Yes, please. It will help us give the [venue] a final count.
When do you need it, that lovely pre-stamped response card?
Please drop it in the mail by June 1st.
Did you really invite the President and the First Lady to your wedding?
Yes! We’re eagerly checking our mailbox everyday.
