so my cake girl just cancelled on me. Boo. Any recs for cakes out there? Trying to go as inexpensive as I can but don't really want one from the grocery store either. Tia!!

How far are you willing to go?  I'm using Creative Cake Designs in Kent, they are very affordable and the owner, Robbie, is very easy to work with.  Hope that helps!

Kelli's Cake Creations is a board favorite. A ton of brides on here use her and she is great!!! Absolutely delicious cakes, good prices and she gives a knottie discount...so tell her that. She is THE best!

We're using Jacqui's Cakes in Renton (right by IKEA). They're gorgeous and very reasonable!

Our cake was from Creme de la Creme and people wanted seconds! They're in Renton, but they deliver throughout the Seattle-Eastside area.

I used Tallant House, she is AMAZING! Everyone loved our cake and she delivers for miles, and her sheet cakes are very reasonable.
