My fiance and I just went to Joseph's Jewelry in Bellevue. Not only does Joseph have beautiful collections, they are all unique, beautiful pieces. I emailed with Joseph before we took our trip to the store. He was responsive and helpful. When we took out trip to the store, Joseph himself spoke with us. He showed us his back room where they actually make their customized rings, and was clearly passionate about getting things perfect for his clients. When we went back into the gallery, Joseph was patient as my fiance and I looked at many different styles for both of us. He explained how the various rings were made, how we could alter any of them, and about the different metals. Joseph stands by everything he makes and sells (he sells other manufacturers in addition to making individual designs) with a lifetime warranty at no extra cost. We were incredibly impressed, and I wanted to share our experience with The Knot community.
