I found this picture on a website, and I love the headpiece, but I don't know what it's called!

The site was called rkmarriage.com and says its about Pakistani weddings, so I thought you ladies might know!

I'm sure others will correct me if I'm wrong but I think it is a Tikka.  That said, I don't know who designed that particular one.

try jhoomar (the one on the side) or teeka (the one on the forehead)

there may be spelling variations.
