Indian caterers in LA?

Hi,
I am looking for a great Indian caterer in the LA county area.
We are doing a buffet lunch.
Is it possible to find a caterer that provides the dishes and flatwear too?
Has anyone had experience with a full service caterer?
Any advice will help, I am a total novice when it comes to weddings.

    I'm not from LA but I attended a wedding where Jay Bharat was the caterer.  The food was amazing.  It was 3 days of events and they made mexican, gujrati, punjabi and even italian-indian style food.  Everyone was talking about how good the food was!

    Manohar Delhi Palace is an LA favorite for weddings.  They have catered almost every  Indian wedding I have attended here in LA.  They have a great variety of Veg and Non Veg.

    Jay Bharat is also great!  As dee23 mentioned, they have a variety of different ethnic styles of cooking.  They're Italian Samosa's are great!

    I am not sure if either one provides flatware.
