As we were planning our wedding for New Orleans next July we became members of the Knot to get ideas (and sometimes share a little pain). While here, we learned that we could actually get married legally in MA, so a few weeks ago we took a little trip to Boston and got married.
Thank you to everyone for sharing tips and getting that wonderful information out there that MA will let couples from other states come and marry legally there.
Yes, we are still doing the big ceremony next year as planned for family and friends, we simply called this one our "little elopement before the big ceremony."
