Whitehouse antigay?

My best friends and I got married at the same time (3 weeks apart). We both sent an invite to the White House at the same time. They got a response and we did not :-( Anybody gay get a response to a wedding invite?

    Did you actually say on the invitations, "This will be a gay wedding!"? Because I don't think the people who read these things care enough to take notice who is getting married. The responses are prewritten and generic.

    Well, our names are obviously both female. Just curious if any other same sex couples have received a response?

    Apparently I was right and we got no response because it was an invite for a same-sex wedding.

    In happy news, they are now sending responses to same-sex weddings.
