Need help findind officiant for NYC ceremony

Hello,
I'm new on here, thus newly engaged.  My fiance and I are wanting to have a legal wedding ceremony in NYC.  We were going to also have a full Ceremony here in Indiana, but quickly realized we just simply do not have the money to have a full ceremony and reception.  So we are just going to fly up to New York for a weekend and have a simple ceremony.  Preferrably in Central Park rather than just in front of a judge.  My fiance's parents are going to pay for the hotel and plane tickets (very sweet of them), but we do not want to pay more than $400 for an officiant.  Any info or advice?

Have you tried looking on craiglist?    that may sound odd, but there are usually dozens of people advertising to do weddings on CL.
