I've been posting a little on the international boards but I thought I'd take a crack at these. The date is set....minus the year. My FI & I plan to get married either 11/11/12 or 11/10/13. So, I'm looking at both boards. I'm having to pay for my own wedding (1st marriage was an elope) and this is the FI's first is why the year is underdetermined. My original budget was less than 10k, but now it's looking at 15k and I have NO IDEA where this money is going to come from - first thoughts a PT job, 2nd thoughts - a loan.
I'm in the middle of job hunting in Austin (where FI lives) while living in GA, and the plan is to pick up a PT job specifically for wedding funds, and I'm on-call 24/7 here in GA which makes it difficult to find a temporary PT here in GA.
Yeeah, pulling my hair out already.
