When you make them, do you use vinegar?

Memaw does not use vinegar and she is the one who taught me how to make them.

I think I'm going to whip some up and put a little vinegar in half of them and make H my taste test guinea pig.

I've never used vinegar, but I've heard people do. I just make them with mustard, mayo, sweet and/or dill relish, salt, pepper, yolks, mix together, pipe back in and cover with paprika - smoked, if I have it.

No vinegar EVAR!!!!!!!! Real, full fat Hellman's Mayo, dijon mustard, s&p, tiny amt of hot sauce, paprika and nothing else. If I'm making a lot, I get out my electric cookie press, put on the star pastry tip and fill the eggs. I am serious about deviled eggs.

I use Miracle Whip, not mayo.

No....I mix the yolks with djjon mustard and regular mayo (none of that miracle whip crap).
