    what time is your wedding? here is what I had written out, although I'm sure it wasn't exactly like this :)

    Girls

    9:45am Bride’s hair appointment (Gene Juarez, Northgate)
    11:15am Leave for Bride's parent's home (334 N 77th)
    11:00am Bridal Party arrives and gets ready; Florist drops off bouquets
    11:30am Make-up (Bride)
    11:30 - 12:30pm Lunch

    12pm Photographer arrives

    12:30pm Bride gets dressed

    12:35pm Videographer arrives

    1:00pm Girls leave


    Guys
    9:30am Guys arrive at the apartment, get ready, eat

    11:15pm Boutonnieres get to Apartment

    11:30pm Photographer arrives (put on boutonnieres)

    12pm  Videographer arrives
    12:30pm Videographer leaves for Bride's parent's house
    12:50pm Guys leave

     

    1:30pm First Look - The Quad, University of Washington

    3:45pm Head back to UPC to take family pictures (ring bearers & family arrive for  pictures)

    4pm Videographer driven back to Bride's parent's home

    4:30pm Must be finished taking pictures; go back to dressing rooms, have a snack and water; musicians rehearse

    5pm Guests begin to arrive

     5:30pm Ceremony starts

    6pm Ceremony ends - Bride and Groom leave church (head to Pike Place for a couple shots)

    6:15pm Guests start arriving at the Harbor Club

    6:30pm Passed hors d'oeuvres served

    7:15pm Seating of guests

    7:25pm Grand Entrance of the new couple
    7:30pm Welcome and Prayer by the Father of the Bride, open up buffets

     

    **vendors eat**

    7:40pm B&G make the rounds

    9pm Buffet removed (because it was set up on the dance floor)

    9:15pm Cake cutting then Toasts

     

    9:30pm Father/Daughter Dance, First Dance

     

    10pm Garter/bouquet tosses

    11:30pm Couple departs for Hotel

    The template is under the DIY tab, click DIY menu, and scroll down to Timeline.
    I was looking for something simple and easy and this was it. I of course added a few things here and there to make it my own. HTH!

    FYI I thought I was planning too much time for things (like getting ready) because I felt like things would go faster, but we actually started running behind a little - which was actually ok because I had planned so much time. For example, you'll notice I left 30 minutes to get from Greenlake-ish area (parent's house) to the UW... which is not necessary, but I think we ended up leaving around 1:15 if not later and we still had plenty of time especially because we had until 3:45 to take pictures there.  It seems like a long time, but it really wasn't and it never felt like we were trying to fill time.
