Open Bar in Portland, Oregon

can someone point me towards venues/halls that will allow an open bar at a reception ?  Seem to be running into alot of them that will not.  Thanks in advance for your replies

You will have better luck gettting help with this if you post it on the local wedding boards to the left of the screen.  These are the international boards.  Good luck!
