Hey everybody... so based on my area and what is available, I have booked a reception hall within my budget. The room is GREAT for the size, it's adjacent to a bar so I don't have to worry about drinks... they do catering at an amazingly reasonable price... the problem? It's old & outdated!!!
I had thought about draping lights and lanterns from the ceiling to give a fun summer vibe (since it's next summer)... HOWEVER, the ceilings are INCREDIBLY high, and a normal ladder wouldn't even begin to work to try to hang things, it's dark and dingy...
outside of candle centerpieces (which I planned on) and colorful linens... what are some other ways I could possibly dress this place up?
My colors are Malibu and Sliver... thinking of throwing in some kind of fuchsia/magenta colored flowers... i haven't gotten that far yet :-)
