Seating Chart, PIP

This is my working Seating Chart (not completed!) I have the long postits so i can move people around and color coded by type of guest (brides fam/grooms dad side/ grooms mom/stepdad side, and friends)

    Great idea - i saw something similiar on Pinterest.  We've started a seating chart in Excel - it's pretty easy to move people around as well....though we're having problems getting exact tables of 8.  Did you have that problem too?

    I'm not sure if I did it the complicated way....I think I intended to it a similar way as yours but it didn't work like that.  I ended up trying to 'clump'' people together (uncle bob and his kids, co-workers at my job, college friends, etc) then I used excel for the rest.

    We are definitely having issues with tables and numbers, we either are going to have to add tables or increase the table amount from 8 to 10. So.. we'll see.
