Gangster (1920's) theme reception....decor ideas?

Hey ladies....my future sis n law is getting married as well and wants a gangsta themed wedding..any ideas on decor/center pieces for the reception?

I second the "don't overdo it" idea, you don't want a costume party. But if she had a photobooth she could go crazy on the theme with props for it.

perhaps a 1920s theme would be a bit more appropriate than 'gangsta'. i dont know if i'd want my wedding themed around murderers.

Just don't spell it "gangsta", which is more 1990s than 1920s... and maybe consider going for the classier aspects of the Jazz Era?  Pinstripes, black feathers, looooong strings of pearls...
