So I had written how scary good the knottie vibes were when we sold our condo in three days.... but today the buyers backed out. I had JUST gotten excited (having done up the budget with FI and convinved we could indeed afford to move up) and had set an appointment to look with our realtor... grrrr. Back to square one.
