I have a question for you girls- did anyone get sticker shock at seeing the prices from vendors? So far everything has been about what I have expected to pay. However yesterday I got the estimate for our dinner after our wedding (we're taking our small group out to dinner in a private dining room of a restaurant) and I got sticker shock! It'll end up being a little over 1/3 of our budget, just for dinner/drinks! (this does already include taxes, tips, etc). My FI looked at it and said it looked like good costs to him (he works in the banquet department of a hotel, so he would know!).
Maybe it's just becoming more real to me that I will actually be paying all of this money?! Anyone else feel (or felt) like this?
