I saw your thread about making your own pocketfolds. And you want the flower ones. I remembered this morning that Michaels has a circular papercutter. I think it is around 20.00 but it would give you a nice clean edge. I feel sure you could make what you are looking for with that. Just an FYI since I thought about it.
Oh and I agree with Sarah, you should get a sample so you have a template.
