Happy Hump Day - well in my book it is hump day since I have a 3 day week :-)
B - yogurt, berries and granola
L - turkey on ww bread, carrots and hummus
S - apple
D - grilled chicken, veggie and rice
WO - Run .5 miles, 10 pushups, 20 squats, 30 situps - repeat 6 times!
