Out of town Wedding

I am a military member.  My soon to be husband is from an hour outside of Reno, NV in northern CA.  I am trying to look for a place online but its kind of difficult.  Anyone have any reccomendations?  Maybe Reno or Lake Tahoe area
Thanks

A few places I was going to look into if we kept Tahoe as our site:
    - Red Hawk Casino in NV.
    - The Biltmore Hotel - Tahoe City

I think there are private estates for rent too. Try searching on here or weddingguide.com .

I'm getting married in Tahoe and have some great recommendations, and pictures of a few places. What is your budget?

I'm on a somewhat strict budget (under 10K for about 85-100 people) and I decided to go with Lakeside beach, which is BEAUTIFUL around sunset. and the reception a couple blocks away at Embassy Suites. Frankie at embassy is AWESOME! She is such a sweetheart and is great at planning. She'll essentially take care of everything for you and recommend officiant, vendors etc. Plus that embassy is really nice. (I have pictures of lakeside, but not of embassy, however the embassy suites website has lots of pics)

If I had a smaller group I probably would have gone with chapel on the lake for the ceremony and reception. It is also absolutely beautiful. Especially having the ceremony out on the terrace. It is more private than lakeside beach, but still right on the beach. (I have pictures if you need them)

If I had a slightly bigger budget, I would have gone with Edgewood or even better (and bigger budget) Lakeview Lodge at Heavenly. It looks beautiful and the gondola ride is really cool.
