Sacramento/Roseville/Lincoln bridal shower ideas

I live in west Roseville and am having a very hard time finding a cute affordable place to hold my bridal shower. I wanted to do an afternoon tea type things but I can't find anything like that. My maid of honor would be handling this except she lives in southern California and is pregnant. Any ideas!?

    This place is in Auburn and my boss forwarded it to me for bridal shower ideas - it looks really cute, but I didn't look into their pricing yet. However, considering their weddings are reasonable, I'm sure other parties are too, including the teas.

    There is actually a "Tea House" in Newcastle, had a birthday there one time and it was really cute!
