Venue Help! - budget :)

Im searching for a venue location that has both outdoor ceremony AND reception areas. East Bay, Solano County, even Sacramento....

I am also looking for
*BYO catering
*SUPER budget, $1500 max for rental

Ive been searching everywhere, I thought maybe I could take a chance on the boards and find a nice gem of a location that isnt very known. ANY help is much appreciated!

Have you tried Heather Farms? It's in Walnut Creek and they are pretty cheap.  You should check it out.

If you are willing to try Lodi. Look at Micke Grove Japanese Garden and then you can use a picnic area for the reception.

I am right there with you.  Planning on a budget is very hard.....I heard that Hacienda de la Flores in Lafayette is very reasonable.  I haven't found anything yet, so keep me posted if you find any great deals!

Planning on a budget can get stressful but I am finding I think in the end we will be happy with what our creativity will show!

Sorry to burst your bubble but the ranch shows it's $1850 minimum plus you pay for catering that they provide. Maybe you can work out a discount with them...good luck planning!

Hacienda De Las Flores in Moraga is on my list but not cheap! They are $3,800 just for the rental.

I am looking for similar so enjoy reading the responses.

Old Sugar Mill in Clarksburg has indoor and outdoor space and they rent for $1200 in the off-season (Nov - April I think).  What time of year are you thinking?
