5k challenge: week 1

Hello Ladies! I'm a little behind on getting the weekly workouts together as promised. I will post the weekly schedule ( for those who need it) later today. Most importantly, get out there for at least 20-30 minutes and take walk breaks before you think you need them. Set a time routine (run 2 min/walk 2 minutes....or whatever feels like a challenge you can accomplish). Don't overdo it in week 1. Get out there and run ladies!!!! It's weight loss time!!! Post your runs so you can get the credit you deserve. :)
