So...I was supposed to have my hair and makeup done and then take my e-pics tomorrow night...but there's no way that's going to happen now.
Although I live in Rochester NY which saw little to no signs of Irene, I'm originally from outside of Albany, NY where I was going to have the pictures taken. The flooding back in my hometown is so severe that streets along the Mohawk River are 1/2 under water and most major roads including the NY State Thruway are closed . FI and I were supposed to head back to our hometown when I got out of work this afternoon, and then have our pictures done tomorrow...but instead I've been on the phone canceling all of the wedding planning/e-pic stuff for tomorrow : ( So bummed out : (
I hope everyone else is ok after the mess of Irene...my family is ok as they do not live near the river, but my hometown of Amsterdam, NY is in really rough shape.
