Tasty Tuesday...

Whats on the menu this week ladies?  Anything new or are you still working through your leftovers?  We are doing a little bit of both

Tonight- meatballs (leftover apps) and gravy over noodles
Wednesday- leftovers
Thursday- pancakes and sausage (left over from stuffing)
Friday- pizza stuffed chicken and spaghetti
Saturday-leftovers (hopefully for the last time)

    Today- hamburgers, french fries and salad
    Tomorrow- sausage and peppers
    Thursday- Some dill lemon chicken recipe I found online.
    Friday is undecided and Saturday is my mom's birthday so we'll probably go out to eat with my family.

    Today- turkey and dumplings soup (used leftovers) Tomorrow- turkey empanadas (using leftovers again) Thursday -rest of week - undecided. I love cooking but sometimes reinventing leftovers is just as fun!

    Monday - Tuna noodle casserole
    Tuesday - orange chicken, quinoa for me, rice for H
    Wednesday - last of the tuna
    Thursday - Crabcakes for me, steak for H, veggies on the side
    Friday - I'm thinking take out.

    wednesday: beef stew
    thursday: chicken in guiness bbq sauce with potatoes

    Monday and Tuesday we both did separate stuff, we were on separate schedules. I think Monday we both made different combinations of leftovers? Why is it so hard to remember dinners?

    W: I'm making pesto couscous with roasted mushrooms. I was feeling random at the grocery store yesterday.
    R: Separate, he's working late, I picked up a noodle dish for myself to eat.
    F: Out.
    S: Out (Korean food, yum!)
    S: Probably the shepherd's pie I made from Thanksgiving leftovers and froze, so we'll see how that works out.

    I need to cook more...

    We had leftovers every meal through Sunday (used the leftover mashed pototoes in potato cakes for breakfasts!). I am quite over turkey.

    M - I made spaghetti
    T - it was a late day, we had tacos
    W - tonight we will eat at church, so whatever they are having
    R - chicken, with an american-ized version of poutine fries
    F - it will just be H and I, so maybe a chinese buffet

    Week-ends are not planned, just see what happens when the kids are at the other parents!
