Digital packages?

I'm just wondering if anyone went with their photogs digital package only? If so, approximately how much did you spend on prints and did you do your own album?

We're getting a digital only package.  I don't know whether we will bother with prints at all.  A friend who is a professional bookbinder is making us an album that will have the photos printed right on the pages.
