For example:

Arlington, Virginia
works for VA, but what about DC?

Washington, District of Columbia
or is it
Saint Peter's Cahotlic Chruch
The District of Columbia
or is it
Saint Peter's Cahotlic Chruch
City of Washington, District of Columbia
