Just curious - did you decide on RRB vs. Newsuem?  Just was a bridesmaid in a wedding at RRB and the food was really good!

    So we went with the Newseum primarily becuase of the roof terrace and the scalability.  At RRB we were restricted to the Rotunda room due to the size of our wedding (we couldn't meet the minimum spend for the Pavilion).  And we were worried we'd be really tight in that room.  It was a tough decision though!
