Sheraton-Tysons

Has anyone had any experience with the Sheraton in Tysons? I was very interested in them but tried contacting them two days ago (the day before the snow- no excuses!) and haven't heard back. Now I'm less interested if they arent' responsive!

I don't have experience as a customer, but when I worked at another area hotel, I needed to work with their sales office to get information on a former client, and they were responsive and helpful. If their typical turn around time is 24-hours, then the snow may have given them some trouble. I would give them until tomorrow.
