Does anyone know a nice place to have a cocktail style reception in DC?
It would be held in between dinner and lunch (3pm-7pm?) so I am looking for a scenic/interesting/pretty place where we can serve drinks and good hors'derves to approx 100 people. Max rental budget is $5,000 and would prefer a place that will let us bring in a caterer (but not required).
